Chalan Ford has been a performing artist since childhood, introduced to music and the stage at an early age. At age 8, he began to study music—learning to play the trumpet and piano. At age 12, he taught himself to play the guitar, which would eventually become his true passion.
Coming from a musical family allowed him to be surrounded by different genres of music, including hard rock, R&B, hip-hop, jazz, gospel, and classical. This variety of musical styles is something that would heavily influence his career.
The music studio gives Chalan another outlet to let his creative juices flow. Whether he is the instrument helping someone else realize their vision or working on his own composition, the reward is the same. His studio allows him to explore diverse opportunities such as engineering, producing other artists, and TV and film scoring.
